The role

In the role of Media Coordinator, you’ll be the essential link that ensures a smooth transition from creative strategy to execution. You’ll have the opportunity to manage a diverse array of creative projects with many eCommerce brands from pets to beauty and beyond. By collaborating closely with the creative and media ops teams, you’ll help shape compelling landing pages and ad campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver results. This role is crafted for someone who is dynamic, detail-oriented, and eager to see their work make a tangible difference.

To help you be successful in your role, you will be supported by:

A Media Operations Director helping with project management and setting the long-term strategic objectives together with the teams and clients.
Creative & CRO Strategists, managing the briefing & strategy part and providing you with all the information you need to drive the production part from end to end.

About You

You have solid experience in project management within the realms of digital marketing or creative production environments
You are capable of managing multiple projects with precision and a keen eye for detail
Having a background in D2C startups or scale-ups gives you an edge in understanding fast-paced business growth
Your strong organisational and communication abilities make you a natural at coordinating complex projects
You are proficient with essential project management and design tools like Asana, Figma, and Canva
Creative problem-solving is second nature to you, and you’re proactive about taking on new challenges
You thrive in a team setting but are also at ease driving projects forward on your own
You have the ability to grasp the bigger picture while also paying close attention to the small, crucial details
You’re quick to adapt to new challenges, especially when it comes to learning and implementing new tools and processes

Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality creative and landing page deliverables are produced on time by overseeing the end-to-end production process
Transform client visions into effective project plans by spearheading collaboration efforts with Media Ops, Creative & CRO, and client teams
Maintain the momentum of project workflows by managing communications with a network of freelancers, creators, and production partners
Track and report on project progress using project management and creative collaboration tools such as Asana, Figma, and Frame.io
Facilitate the production of top-tier creative work by coordinating the development of creator shortlists, comprehensive briefing materials, and structured feedback processes
Enhance the final project outcomes by providing insightful creative input and thorough assessment of project assets
Guarantee a unified and effective content creation process by acting as the central liaison between strategy and production teams
Proactively tackle and resolve production issues to uphold and elevate the agency’s standards of creative excellence
