About Highrise

Highrise is a boutique performance marketing agency specialising in Direct-to-Consumer. We work with some of the newest and most exciting consumer brands, spanning multiple industries. The founding team of Highrise has been involved in successfully scaling multiple businesses from 0 to £100m+ in annual sales. Running and scaling brands is part of our DNA.

Unlike other agencies we don’t just buy media. While we acknowledge the power of Meta, Google and TikTok, we don’t view them as standalone solutions. We combine data, platform innovation, tailored ad creative and CRO to deliver on our clients’ business objectives. Highrise is the full performance marketing agency.

We are a small, growing agency with big ambitions. Our clients’ success is our success and we see ourselves as true partners in their growth. We are a small team of kind, hardworking individuals who aim to do the best by our clients and our colleagues.

If you would like a role where everyday you get to see the impact of your work, be an integral part of the success of the next generation of household name brands and get to work with a team of lovely people, then Highrise is the place for you.

The Role

The Paid Search Executive role sits within the ‘Media Buying’ side of the business and will predominantly involve supporting the Paid Search Manager with day to day execution, optimisations and reporting for some of our largest clients Paid Search activity – predominantly Google Ads. You’ll be working to performance focused KPI’s and while the mix of campaigns we run for clients will vary, this will always cover Search, Shopping and/or PMAX. For many of our clients YouTube and Demand Gen are also important campaigns you will be responsible for.

About You

You are perhaps early on in your PPC career, but are a driven marketer with an understanding of Google Ads/Microsoft Ads, along with some hands-on experience. You are passionate about eCommerce and D2C marketing, with a commitment to staying abreast of the most recent developments and changes in the industry, demonstrating a genuine interest for staying ahead of the curve.

You thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure setting, showcasing your adeptness at collaborative teamwork and effective cross-team communication. Along with this, you have a good understanding of performance marketing metrics and how to leverage these for actionable insights.

Skills & Experience

You have at least 1 year hands-on experience with Google Ads running at a minimum Search, Shopping and/or PMAX campaigns.
You have hands-on experience using Google Ads Editor.
You have experience working on/with E-commerce Brands. As a result you have an understanding of the metrics used to assess on-platform performance.
You possess exceptional attention to detail and consistently follow processes with accuracy.
You understand what impacts performance and are able to provide meaningful insights to the client services team to help move your accounts forward. You are full of ideas, but follow a test and verify methodology.
You are highly organised and understand that being part of a team means communicating effectively. In practice this means that you have a strong habit of logging activity and communicating any changes to relevant members of the team.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are detail-oriented.
Experience running Discovery/Demand Gen, GDN or YouTube through Google Ads is a nice to have, but not essential for the applicant.

Responsibilities

Support the Paid Search Manager with the execution, strategy and reporting of your cohort of client’s Google Ads/Microsoft Ads campaigns.
Systematically and proactively analyse performance data across BAU & tests to provide actionable insights and recommendations that will improve performance.
Ensure weekly/monthly optimisations are implemented on your client’s campaigns as per briefs.
Continually identify new opportunities and approaches for growth.
Provide advice on technical and creative best practice and handle ad hoc client queries.
Report and communicate on marketing strategies in line with performance KPIs.

What's in it for you

Rapid and personalised career growth (we don’t believe that linear progression suits everybody!).
Opportunity to enrol into our share option scheme (UK only).
Regular company socials (and ad hoc pizza provisions when the need is high).
A unique and positive company culture that emphasises flexibility and a healthy work/life balance (got a plumber who’s only available 9-5? Take 2 hours in the afternoon, no problem!).
Emphasis on creativity and innovation, providing an environment for employees to thrive.

Work gear of your choice (Apple or Windows).

This is a full-time remote role. Some of the benefits may vary if you’re based outside of the UK.
