The Role

The Paid Search Exec role sits within the ‘Media Buying’ side of the business and will predominantly involve supporting the Paid Search Specialist with day to day execution, optimisations and reporting for some of our largeest clients Paid Search activity – predominantly Google Ads. You’ll be working to performance focused KPI’s and while the mix of campaigns we run for clients will vary, this will always cover Search, Shopping and/or PMAX. For many of our clients YouTube and Demand Gen are also important campaigns you will be responsible for.

About You

You are a driven Google Ads expert who is passionate about eCommerce and D2C marketing, with a commitment to staying abreast of the most recent developments and changes in the industry, demonstrating a genuine passion for staying ahead of the curve.
You will have a proven track record of working to performance based-metrics, while possessing a understanding of the full-marketing funnel and how Paid Search can be used as a tool to achieve your clients business objectives.
You must thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure setting, showcasing your adeptness at collaborative teamwork and effective cross-team communication.
You can consistently deliver high quality work, following close attention to detail to brief.
You will possess strong organisation skills ensuring projects and account testing is documented in a clear and consistent way, and promptly communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
You care about sharing the results of your work within a small team of peers, to allow for cross-team knowledge sharing and understand the value this brings.

Skills & Experience

You have at least 1 year hands-on experience with Google Ads running at a minimum Search, Shopping and PMAX campaigns.
You have strong hands-on experience using Google Ads Editor
You have experience working on/with E-commerce Brands. As a result you have a deep understanding of the metrics used to assess on-platform performance as well as e-commerce website funnel performance.
You possess exceptional attention to detail and consistently follow processes with accuracy.
You have a proven track record of seeing the story behind the data. You understand what impacts performance and are able to provide meaningful insights to the client services team to help move your accounts forward. You are full of ideas, but follow a test and verify methodology.
You are highly organised and understand that being part of a team means communicating effectively. In practice this means that you have a strong habit of logging activity and communicating any changes to relevant members of the team.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are detail-oriented.
Experience running Discovery, GDN or YouTube through Google Ads is a nice to have, but not essential for the applicant

Responsibilities

Support the Paid Search Specialist with the execution, strategy and reporting of your cohort of client’s Google Ads campaigns
Systematically and proactively analyse performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations that will improve
Continually identify new opportunities and approaches for growth
Provide advice on technical and creative best practice and handle ad hoc client queries
Report and communicate on marketing strategies in line with performance KPIs

The last few years have been incredible, transformative years for the agency. As a result of our rapid growth we are looking for a Paid Social Executive to support our portfolio of clients with best in class media buying practices.

Reporting directly into the Paid Social Manager, you will be working on some of today’s most explosive paid social accounts, supporting the business with world class execution of paid social marketing, across Meta and TikTok ads. Given the nature of the clients we work with, there are major opportunities for deep innovation within the accounts.

The role

Support on the execution and reporting of a cohort of clients’ paid social activity.
Ensure the Paid Social Team is effectively supported in a variety of executional tasks such as campaign and ad buildout, performance reporting and asset processing.
Systematically analyse performance data to provide actionable insights to Senior Paid Social Specialists.
Provide advice on media buying best practice and support on the handling of ad hoc client queries.
Support on the creation of reporting & performance review decks.

About You

You have at least 1 year hands-on experience with Meta Ads (experience with TikTok ads is a bonus). You should be familiar with the Ads Manager interface as well as other Meta Ads tools such as; Commerce Manager, Events and Audience manager, Ads Reporting, Experiments, Rules. Proficiency with the Google Suite , in particular Google Sheets is essential, but you will receive training to bring you up to speed. Experience with third party tools such as SuperMetrics is a bonus.
You have experience working on/with Direct To Consumer E-commerce Brands. As a result you have a good working understanding of the metrics used to assess on-platform performance as well as e-commerce website funnel performance.
You possess a high level of attention to detail. Nothing gets past you, whether it’s a spelling mistake or a discrepancy in data.
You are highly organised and understand that being part of a team means communicating effectively. In practice this means that you have a strong habit of logging activity and communicating any changes to relevant members of the team. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are detail-oriented.
