The last few years have been incredible, transformative years for the agency. As a result of our rapid growth we are looking for a Paid Social Executive to support our portfolio of clients with best in class media buying practices.

Reporting directly into the Paid Social Manager, you will be working on some of today’s most explosive paid social accounts, supporting the business with world class execution of paid social marketing, across Meta and TikTok ads. Given the nature of the clients we work with, there are major opportunities for deep innovation within the accounts.

What you'll do

Support on the execution and reporting of a cohort of clients’ paid social activity.
Ensure the Paid Social Team is effectively supported in a variety of executional tasks such as campaign and ad buildout, performance reporting and asset processing.
Systematically analyse performance data to provide actionable insights to Senior Paid Social Specialists.
Provide advice on media buying best practice and support on the handling of ad hoc client queries.
Support on the creation of reporting & performance review decks.

About You

You have at least 1 year hands-on experience with Meta Ads (experience with TikTok ads is a bonus). You should be familiar with the Ads Manager interface as well as other Meta Ads tools such as; Commerce Manager, Events and Audience manager, Ads Reporting, Experiments, Rules. Proficiency with the Google Suite , in particular Google Sheets is essential, but you will receive training to bring you up to speed. Experience with third party tools such as SuperMetrics is a bonus.

You have experience working on/with Direct To Consumer E-commerce Brands. As a result you have a good working understanding of the metrics used to assess on-platform performance as well as e-commerce website funnel performance.

You possess a high level of attention to detail. Nothing gets past you, whether it’s a spelling mistake or a discrepancy in data.

You are highly organised and understand that being part of a team means communicating effectively. In practice this means that you have a strong habit of logging activity and communicating any changes to relevant members of the team. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are detail-oriented.

You have a can-do attitude that enables you to overcome any challenges you may face. Equally, you understand that, to be truly effective, humility is key – you are not afraid to ask for help when needed!

About You

You bring a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta and/or TikTok ads, either client or agency side.
Experience working with Direct To Consumer E-commerce Brands has equipped you with a deep understanding of metrics for on-platform and e-commerce website funnel performance.
 Your track record demonstrates your ability to effectively leverage data to extract meaningful insights and contribute growth initiatives while following a test-and-verify methodology.
 Highly organised, you understand the importance of effective communication within a team, maintaining detailed activity logs, and promptly communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
 You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
 You can take ownership of executing growth initiatives independently or effectively brief tasks to peers or more junior executives when needed.
 You value collaboratively working towards a common goal and are able to see the contribution you make to the success of the team and company.
 You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience

High level of proficiency in Meta / TikTok Ads Manager interfaces.
Strong ability to manipulate data in Excel or Google Sheets (we use the latter).
Experience with D2C / eCommerce brands (preferred but not required).
Proven ability to analyse data, provide insights, and contribute to the development of client-relevant growth initiatives that feed into their goals.
A proven track record of following a data driven test and learn approach including a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own the execution, strategy, and reporting of paid social activities for assigned clients.
Analyse performance data systematically and proactively, providing actionable insights.
Continually identify new growth opportunities and approaches.
Offer advice on technical and creative best practices; handle ad hoc client queries.
Report on and communicate media buying strategies in line with performance KPIs.
Support with the development of cyclical media buying and creative roadmaps.
Support the Creative Strategist(s) in briefing iterative and innovative content through providing data-driven insights on a cyclical basis.
