As a Paid Social Specialist at Highrise, you will play a central role in the execution, strategy, and reporting of paid social activities for a designated cohort of clients. You will be responsible for systematically analysing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and being a source of the latest technical and creative best practices. Furthermore, the role will involve handling ad hoc client queries, offering performance insights and reporting on marketing strategies aligned with performance KPIs.
While the Paid Social Specialist role offers opportunities to get involved with strategy, you’ll still be hands-on with platforms, executing tactics and strategies aligned with both platform and Highrise best practices.
→ You bring a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta and/or TikTok ads, either client or agency side.
→ Experience working with Direct To Consumer E-commerce Brands has equipped you with a deep understanding of metrics for on-platform and e-commerce website funnel performance.
→ Your track record demonstrates your ability to effectively leverage data to extract meaningful insights and contribute growth initiatives while following a test-and-verify methodology.
→ Highly organised, you understand the importance of effective communication within a team, maintaining detailed activity logs, and promptly communicating changes to relevant stakeholders.
→ You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
→ You can take ownership of executing growth initiatives independently or effectively brief tasks to peers or more junior executives when needed.
→ You value collaboratively working towards a common goal and are able to see the contribution you make to the success of the team and company.
→ You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

→ High level of proficiency in Meta / TikTok Ads Manager interfaces.
→ Strong ability to manipulate data in Excel or Google Sheets (we use the latter).
→ Experience with D2C / eCommerce brands (preferred but not required).
→ Proven ability to analyse data, provide insights, and contribute to the development of client-relevant growth initiatives that feed into their goals.
→ A proven track record of following a data driven test and learn approach including a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
→ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
→ Own the execution, strategy, and reporting of paid social activities for assigned clients.
→ Analyse performance data systematically and proactively, providing actionable insights.
→ Continually identify new growth opportunities and approaches.
→ Offer advice on technical and creative best practices; handle ad hoc client queries.
→ Report on and communicate media buying strategies in line with performance KPIs.
→ Support with the development of cyclical media buying and creative roadmaps.
→ Support the Creative Strategist(s) in briefing iterative and innovative content through providing data-driven insights on a cyclical basis.
